Spatial capture
Phone, 360°, video, drone, LiDAR, documents, and approved enterprise sources enter one evidence record.
Measured Decision AI · Investor Overview
Buildings change in the real world. The photographs, plans, invoices, inspections, and financial decisions around them remain scattered. We are building the governed evidence layer that connects them.

The opportunity
Organizations already collect cameras, plans, schedules, records, and sensor data. The missing layer is a governed system that connects what changed, what supports it, what is affected, and what requires a human decision.
Phone, 360°, video, drone, LiDAR, documents, and approved enterprise sources enter one evidence record.
AI organizes change over time and prepares supported observations, discrepancies, and missing information.
Construction, film production, facilities, insurance, and other physical operations need reviewable evidence before action.
Sources, uncertainty, alternatives, and human confirmation remain visible instead of disappearing inside a black box.
Company status
Product status is stated explicitly. A working capability is not presented as a validated commercial product, and a product direction is not presented as something already delivered.
The construction pilot operates on a real property using real captured data. The project is affiliated with the founder rather than an independent third-party paying customer. It is presented as evidence that the system operates in real field conditions—not as evidence of independent commercial traction.
As of the date of this page, Measured Decision AI has no independent paying customers and has not generated revenue from independent customers. The operational Studio, evidence intake, storage layer, multi-agent architecture, and construction pilot have been built and operated with capital contributed by the founder.
We state this plainly because it is the correct baseline for understanding the company: what exists today was built without outside funding and without a customer paying us to build it.
Investor Vision · Four chapters
Each chapter stands alone. Together they explain the problem, the platform, the first market, and the expansion path.
01 · The Problem
Initial market
Construction finance creates a clear first use case: a financial request must be reconciled with visible work, project records, and accountable human review.
Draw request, schedule of values, budget, invoices, and schedule.
Site capture, plans, inspections, changes, location, and time.
What is supported, missing, conflicting, or still requires verification.
The platform supports review. It does not replace inspection, certification, underwriting, or authorization to release funds.
Business model direction
The commercial model will be validated through paid pilots before long-range assumptions are presented as established economics.
Configure one real workflow, evidence structure, review path, and success criteria.
Organization, project, or portfolio access to the governed evidence workspace.
Evidence ingestion, spatial processing, comparison, retention, and governed export.
Connect approved project, finance, insurance, maintenance, and asset systems.
Platform expansion
The capture layer remains sensor-neutral. The governed record becomes more useful as verified events accumulate through the asset lifecycle.
Expansion areas describe platform direction. They are not presented as released products.
Pilot validation
We will publish metrics only after they are observed in real pilot workflows. The first objective is not a large headline—it is a repeatable, defensible result.
Can different operators document the same scope consistently?
Can each material item retain its source, place, time, and review state?
Does the platform reduce time spent reconstructing the project story?
What implementation and recurring model creates measurable customer value?
Use of capital
Capital priorities will be finalized in the applicable offering materials. The operating direction is product depth, repeatable pilots, secure infrastructure, and disciplined commercial expansion.
Multi-agent processing, change detection, evidence linkage, review controls, and spatial interfaces.
Deploy with real operators, define measurable outcomes, and convert successful workflows into reusable modules.
Large-file ingestion, governed storage, processing, audit history, privacy, and enterprise readiness.
Industry partnerships, enterprise sales, implementation capacity, and responsible operating foundations.
Investor qualification

Self-certification is not verification. Before any investment can be accepted, a prospective investor should expect verification through an approved third-party provider or written confirmation from a qualified CPA, attorney, registered broker-dealer, or registered investment adviser.
